Porter winery is a private winery located in Napa, CA. The project includes a covered crush pad and an underground wine making and storage facility. In a series of wine caves and underground rooms, the wine is able to keep at a consistent temperature ideal for aging and storage. Working with various consultants, we made the whole cave fully equipped with advanced temperature, ventilation, and humidity controls. Building underground also provides an interesting opportunity for creating organic forms, on all scales. The winery is now completely up and running.
